eXperience is a group of YPs, looking to create community with other YPs and our region's leading economic leaders and businesses.
We plan a yearly summit that brings together leaders, speakers, and visionaries from our area to network, communicate and collaborate with YPs.
We provide expansion events before and after the summit to engage, interact and connect with our community.

We've created eXperience, a one-of-a-kind event, filled with ideas and inspiration to get you connected, engaged and involved with our area. We have fun during our annual summit and do our best to showcase what the area has to offer for YPs.
Our event aims to give you a better understanding of living, working and playing in our region, plus, provides a place for you to network, make connections in your current job and to learn about other career opportunities.
We’re bringing together some of the most influential and connected thinkers and doers in the region to help you see the Roanoke and New River valleys in a new light!
